Reagen Mweemba ist ein Flüchtling aus Sambia und trainiert während seines BFD das Team Giesen 6, welches sich aus Spielern des TSV Rethen und des TSV Giesen zusammensetzt. Im Training wird von nun an Englisch gesprochen und sollte Reagen mal nicht verstanden werden, so macht er seine Übung vor. Bereits in seiner Heimat hat der sogenannte Bufti bereits mehrere Mannschaften ehrenamtlich trainiert, beruflich hat er damals Ersatzteile und Zubehör für Autos verkauft. Während seines BFD macht Reagen seinen Trainerschein und soll in naher Zukunft auch noch weitere Mannschaften mitbetreuen. Sein großer Traum ist es einmal internationaler Volleyball-Schiedsrichter zu werden.

NWVV: Wie bist du zum Volleyball gekommen?

RM: I don't how I find myself in volleyball but what I know is that I love volleyball and I believe i can use volleyball as a Communtiy Devevlopment too.

NWVV: Welche Sportarten kannst du nach Volleyball am besten?

RM: I don't have a second sport, volleyball is my only sport.

NWVV: Wer ist dein Vorbild?

RM: I myself is role model as I think that i am the best and it's because if you trust on yourself and if you believe on yourself then after people will think and consider to you other wise in the whole life you will take others as your role model. So at frist trust on yourself and come forword and make the path and footprint for others instead of running on others direction.

NWVV: Dein Traumjob ist ja, einmal internationaler Schiedsrichter zu werden. Welche Regeln würdest du gerne ändern und was bedeuten Schiedsrichter für dich?

RM: I don't want to change any rules. To maintain standards of play and to ensure that game rules are observed.

NWVV: Was bedeutet für dich Fairness?

RM:    Treating all people with honesty and respect.

             Giving everyone equal opportunities to succeed.

             Cooperating with one another.

NWVV: Welche Ziele hast du im Volleyball und beruflich im Jahr 2018?

RM: 2018 I want to have international qualifications both volleyball indoors and beach volleyball.

NWVV: Wie feierst du Weihnachten in diesem Jahr und sonst in Sambia?

RM: At christmas day i always go to church.

NWVV: Wie gefällt dir dein BFD und dein Aufenthalt in Deutschland bis jetzt?

RM:  So far everything is good and I want to say thank you to the ASC Göttingen for giving me this great opportunity to integrate into the German culture , to get know the landscape   of social and communtiy work and daily work life in Germany
